In this role, you’ll spearhead the design, automation, and optimization of cutting-edge Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions that power mission-critical applications. You’ll play a vital role in migrating applications, optimizing cloud systems, and helping our teams achieve new heights in performance and scalability.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the charge in deploying and managing Red Hat OpenShift environments across Virtual Machines, Bare Metal, and ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS).
- Be a key player in migrating applications to modern PaaS platforms, ensuring seamless transitions and peak performance.
- Build, manage, and refine containerized architectures with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift Data Foundation.
- Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid delivery of innovative solutions.
- Design and implement cloud strategies using platforms like AWS, Azure, and IBM Cloud.
- Collaborate with dynamic teams to implement DevOps best practices, driving automation and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in high-stakes environments.
- Share your expertise by documenting processes, training teammates, and championing innovation.

What You Bring:
Technical Mastery:
- 5+ years of experience managing Red Hat OpenShift, including v4.15+.
- Expertise in container platforms, microservices, and cloud systems, with strong skills in:
- OpenShift Data Foundation, Ceph Administration, and enterprise application architectures.
- Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and IBM Cloud.
- Networking, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools like Java, JBoss, nginx, and Node.js.
- Advanced knowledge of automation and scripting technologies, as well as CI/CD tools like Git and Jenkins.
Preferred Expertise:
- Experience with VMware technologies (vCenter, vRA, vRO) and bare metal deployments.
- Knowledge of ROSA, SSL certificate management, and container monitoring tools like Dynatrace or QRadar.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a continuous learning mindset.
